At Haven & Lore, our books are made with care, and each copy is printed especially for the family who will receive it.

Where We Ship

We currently offer shipping to the United States and the United Kingdom. We hope to make our books available to families in additional countries in the future.

Printing & Processing

Our books are printed individually upon receiving an order through our printing partner, BookVault.

Because each book is made to order, please allow additional time for printing and preparation before shipment. Production times may vary.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary according to destination, printing schedules, and postal services. Any estimated delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

International Orders

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages
